Giving Back
Nationwide, Tarian team members and partners have stepped up in meaningful ways to engage and strengthen the communities we serve. Our professionals participate in various community development activities, including:
- Assisting with DEA Drug Takeback Day to promote public safety.
- Volunteering at local animal shelters and community festivals to provide support.
- Packing food boxes at local food pantries to fight hunger.
- Joining conservation and clean-up projects to protect our environment.
- Bringing joy to hospitals during the holidays dressing up for Halloween and playing Santa at Christmas.
Investing in Youth and Education
Our commitment to community also includes investing in youth and education. Tarian proudly sponsors local arts programs for high school orchestra and theater students, ensuring creativity thrives in our schools.
We also support student athletes through contributions to clubs, raising funds for worthy causes, and mentoring young athletes to help them succeed. Each year, we sponsor golf scrambles across the Louisville metro area, where Tarian is headquartered, to benefit youth baseball and softball programs. Additionally, we donate time and resources to the Backpack Program, providing meals for children in homes where food isn’t always readily available.
Creating Lasting Impact
Beyond these efforts, Tarian participates in scholarship programs and local initiatives that create opportunities for families in need. From delivering beds through A Place to Sleep to supporting memorial scholarship programs like Angel on Third , we strive to bring hope and make a difference where it matters most. We also stand with organizations that honor and assist veterans and first responders, recognizing their sacrifices and vital role in our communities.
