Training Center Policies
Refund Policy
- Students will receive a 100% refund prior to the start of instruction.
- If the course is divided between two days, the student will receive a 50% refund if requested before the start of the second day.
- If the course is divided into four sessions, the refund schedule shall be 75%, 50%, and 25%.
- A security guard training school cannot assess any non-refundable fees or deposits.
- If a student requests a tuition refund, that student should email.
- Refunds are processed within thirty (30) days of the request in the form of a company check.
Attendance Policy
Security Guard Courses require 100% attendance to receive a certificate, and any time missed will result in denial of the certificate. If an emergency arises and we are notified in advance of the emergency, the student will be allowed to participate in the next class offered at no further cost to the student.
